About Us
Founded in 1970 as a not–for–profit organization, Always There provides skilled in–home health services, compassionate personal care and innovative adult day programs to residents of Ulster County. Our number one goal is to help you and your family live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
At home, our professional, caring staff provides a wide–array of services to:
- Individuals of all ages in need of short or long–term home health services
- Seniors
- New mothers
- Physically or mentally disabled individuals
- People dealing with mental health issues
- Home–bound individuals
- A wide range of other individuals requiring home–based care
In the community, we provide two adult day programs in Kingston and Ellenville that provide:
- A safe, structured day–time environment for senior adults and adults with disabilities
- Respite for the caregivers of senior adults
- Opportunities for socialization, engaging activities and exercise that provide mental stimulation and promote physical well–being

Always There Family Home Health is certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services/New York State Department of Health. Always There Family Home Care is licensed by the New York State Department of Health. Always There Adult Day Programs are approved by the Office for the Aging.
