We offer state-of-the-art therapy. Our Always There Rehabilitation Programs focus on helping speed the recovery process at home following illness or injury. We help our patients regain the strength, function and mobility they need to become stronger and as independent as possible.

A skilled in-home health care Physical Therapist will assist you in regaining strength, balance, coordination and movement when you experience a decline in function, specific to your diagnosis (arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, neurological impairment, general weakness in upper body) or following a heart attack, stroke, surgery, broken hip, joint replacements, shoulder injury or other hospitalization. Through therapeutic exercises you can achieve enhanced gait performance, range of motion, strengthening and endurance. The home health Physical Therapist will work with you in prosthetic training, spasticity reduction or muscle re-education, depending on your need.

Our Always There staff member will also demonstrate and teach safe ambulation and transfer techniques with or without assistive devices (ie. walking, getting out of bed, getting up from sitting, maneuvering safely with a walker or wheelchair) and develop a home exercise program with you to maintain muscle tone and mobility.
